XSPORT MEDIC SA (hereinafter, "XSPORT MEDIC"), a private company duly registered and in good standing in Costa Rica under the corporate name XSPORT MEDIC SA and with identification number 3-101-685390, hereby describes its Privacy Policy for the websites www.xsportmedic.com (hereinafter, the "Website").

The purpose of this policy is to inform all users about how we process and handle the data and information they provide to us through the Website and various XSPORT MEDIC Applications. The database in which user information is recorded is identified as the XSPORT MEDIC UNIQUE REGISTER, for which XSPORT MEDIC is the responsible party and final recipient. XSPORT MEDIC acknowledges the user's right to update, rectify, oppose, or cancel any information previously provided and undertakes to have appropriate procedures in place to carry out the required updates and rectifications. Similarly, XSPORT MEDIC undertakes to delete the user from the database upon request, in cases where it is legally permissible.

We declare that the XSPORT MEDIC Website reports anonymous information to the Google Analytics system. This information is used to understand the proportions of age groups, interests, and gender of our visitors with the aim of providing a better user experience.

On the Website, users may voluntarily provide their personal data if they wish to be contacted by XSPORT MEDIC. In all cases, the information will be stored and used in compliance with the Law for the Protection of Individuals with Respect to the Processing of Their Personal Data (No. 8.968).

As part of the dissemination of information of interest, XSPORT MEDIC may create broadcast lists through the WhatsApp digital platform of different news, products, or promotions, including all those users who have requested it through the registration methods enabled by the company. For these purposes, the user will add XSPORT MEDIC's official cell phone number to their contact list, and in this way, they will receive information of interest through audios, written messages, or links with the redirection to information visible in newsletters, networks, and XSPORT MEDIC's own websites or of third parties with whom XSPORT MEDIC has a commercial alliance.

XSPORT MEDIC respects users' right to informational self-determination in relation to their lives and the free exercise of their personality rights, recognizing their right to know the treatment given to the information provided by them regarding their personal data. Consequently, users have the possibility at any time to request the correction, suppression, or deletion of the information they have provided, by sending such request via email to info@xportsmedic.com or by phone at (506) 6189-0900. Similarly, users have the power to cancel their subscription through the access provided on each site. Users who wish to stop receiving newsletters can click on the "Unsubscribe" link integrated in the footer of all emails to avoid receiving future messages. Those users who do not wish to receive information through the WhatsApp platform can leave the group by deleting XSPORT MEDIC's official cell phone number from their contact list.

The information you provide on XSPORT MEDIC's sites will be safeguarded by XSPORT MEDIC's Information Technology Department. XSPORT MEDIC uses secure and reliable platforms and instructs its employees to correctly comply with and respect these privacy and security policies. The storage and processing of each user's information is managed through a Protocol of Actions, which guarantees the efficiency and confidentiality of the service.

XSPORT MEDIC facilitates the conservation of your information according to the conditions of the site, the user's will, and applicable regulations. This information will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes established in each of the sites where the user has registered, or until the user requests its formal cancellation of subscription.

XSPORT MEDIC does not sell, cede, or share the personal information of registered users to third parties, and declares and acknowledges that it may only share such information with third parties if the user expressly expresses their approval. XSPORT MEDIC does not track visitors outside of XSPORT MEDIC's sites through its own or third-party cookies.
